Congratulations to the LER Winter Guard for their performance at WGI Championships!
On April 11th, the Lake Erie Regiment Winterguard Performed at the Winter Guard International World Championships, earning themselves a score of 73.00 during their first year competing at the Independent World level.

This afternoon we received a call telling us that former corps member, Matt Elias had passed away suddenly on Friday April 11th. Matt was a member of the color guard back in the 90's and will always be remembered as having a smile on his face for everyone. After school, he moved to Florida where he was living at the time of his death. Matt and his brother Lewis joined the corps together and of course, Lewis later went on to become one of the Regiment's long time staff members. Their mother, Brenda, still helps with the corps Sportsman's Raffle every year.
